"In order to reduce its carbon and water footprint, and to ensure statutory compliance, China’s Shenhua Coal Oil Chemical Co Ltd has constructed a system to recycle water from wastewater generated by its coal-to-chemicals (CTX) plant. To eliminate wastewater discharge, the petrochemicals company selected US Aquatech International to design, engineer and supply the wastewater recycling and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) system, and to supervise installation and commissioning."
